CAM Students visit Stine Seed
On March 26th members of the CAM agronomy class visited the Stine seeds production facilities. The student got a chance to see their soybean research facilities and DNA lab. They show the student the equipment that is used in tracking genetic trait that they want in there beans and talked to them about regulated and unregulated seeds are handled and how they had to invasion what would be need 7 to 10 years down the road as it takes time to breed new traits and meet federal guidelines. They also showed the student the equipment they designed to improve in the field harvesting technique of their seed corn
